How to Order Personalized Boxes with Us?
- Choose Your Box Style.
- Choose your Dimension.
- Choose Your Material.
- Choose Your Print Type.
- You will receive your dieline via email after placing your order.
- If you do not see your dimensions from the selection, feel free to click the “custom sizes” button which will give you access to our contact us form where you can enter your own dimensions. There are minimum dimensions for each box styles.
Do you offer Free Samples?
We do not offer free samples or material kits currently. You can, however, order 1 sample of almost any of our boxes so you can test the printing quality.
Pick your product, select 1 pc from the quantity selection and check out! Custom samples are the best way to know whether the box is the right fit for your product.
I am a reseller. Can you waive my sales taxes?
If you are a reseller, you’re exempted from tax and won’t be charged in the checkout process.
Where are your products manufactured?
We manufacture all our products in the United States.
Do you check my artwork for technical issues like alignment and image resolution?
As a general rule, we inspect all artworks to make sure they are compatible with printing. If we find a problem, we will either reach out to you for further instructions or fix it if it’s an easy fix issue. We are not responsible for misspellings and incorrect design. We also store the original artwork that was sent to us by the customer so we can use it as a reference for any future issues that may arise. We do not alter your original design or artwork.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. What you see in the final price including shipping will be the final amount.
How can I create my design?
Unfortunately, we do not have an online design tool at the moment but it is advisable to use Adobe Illustrator to integrate your artwork to the dieline that we will send after placing your order. We also have a design assist program where you can reach out to us with design advice and we can try to alter it on our end and see if we can satisfy you with our own design skills. This is free of charge.
How can I reorder?
Simply go to Your Account and click on the REORDER button next to your desired item. Proceed to checkout and place your order.
