Return Policy

At PersonalizedBoxes.com, our dedication to providing an exceptional custom packaging experience is unwavering. Typically, we do not accept returns for personalized box orders, except in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • 100% Refund on defective print orders within 30-days after receiving your order.
  • Free replacement for any orders lost in transit

Return Policies are subject to change without prior notice. 

Once you and the Company have entered into a Contract for the purchase of Company products, unless there is an error made by the Company with respect to your Order, you will not have the right to:

  • Make any changes, corrections, or amendments to your Order, including adjustments to the Shipment Date set forth in Company’s Receipt.
  • Seek or obtain any refund for the monies you have paid for your Order.

However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, prior to commencing production of your Order:

  • Permit a refund of the Payment if you timely cancel the Order before production begins.
  • Allow changes, alterations, or amendments to your Order, with or without adjustments in the Payment amount, if communicated to the Company before production starts.

Please note that Company’s commencement of production may occur after two business days and after Acceptance without advance notice to you. The Company is not obligated to notify you when production begins.

If the Company acknowledges a material error with your Order or if material defects (due to the Company’s fault) appear in any of the shipped products under your Order, the Company will:

  • Correct the error and/or repair the defect, or if necessary, produce and ship replacement products at its expense, free of such error or defect.
  • Refund your Payment.

Before making any repair, replacement, or refund decision, the Company may require you to return the products that you assert contain material errors or defects. Upon subsequent confirmation of the Company’s responsibility for such errors or defects, the Company will reimburse you for the costs incurred in returning the products.

As outlined in the Limitation of Liability section of these Terms of Use, this repair/replacement/refund remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy against the Company in the event of any material error or defect in the products shipped by the Company under your Order. In such circumstances, the Company shall not have any monetary liability to you beyond the amount of the Payment you have made for those products."
